4-K students have been having lots of fun learning about the color brown and doing lots of activities with bears and turkeys! They read the story Goldilocks and the Three Bears, made masks, and acted out the story. Hickory Dickory Dock was their favorite nursery rhyme in this unit. They made clocks and are continuing to work on rhyming skills. They also practiced telling time to the hour. They finished off their brown unit with making turkey headbands. The students sure had fun gobbling and waddling around!
