These fifth grade students enjoyed learning about the stock market in Social Studies by playing a game of old fashioned Pit. Riley Horsfall was also proud of his new record on the Seterra game of naming the states and capitals of the Midwest. Mrs. Kamps' 4th Grade Class has been learning about electricity. They learned that everything in the universe is made of atoms. Static electricity happens when positive and negative charges are not in balance. They conducted several experiments to help them better understand static electricity. They were able to separate pepper from a pile of salt using a 'magic spoon', pulled goo with balloons, and found it entertaining to stick balloons to the wall. They will continue learning more about electricity and magnetism over the next couple of weeks. #fes #EaglesSoar
