The Fennimore FFA and Alumni invite you with your family and friends to Dairyland Donkey Basketball on Monday, March 7 starting at 7pm at Fennimore High School. The Fennimore FFA take on Boscobel FFA in first game, Fennimore Staff vs Fennimore Community in second game and then championship game. Advanced tickets are $7 and $10 at the door. Come early and enjoy the spaghetti supper for the Fennimore Legion fundraiser at 5pm for $5 a plate in the high school cafeteria. Don't miss it! Spaghetti Supper and Dairyland Donkey Basketball on Monday, March 7th at the Fennimore High School.

Trivia Night is coming soon! For those who registered, remember that the event will be held on Friday, March 11th with sign in starting at 5:00 and the game begins at 5:30. Reminder students can check out books until next week, Wednesday, March 9th. Books will still be available at the public library until the day of trivia, Friday, March 11th. For parents who volunteered to donate juice boxes, those can be dropped off in the elementary office or Ms. Govier's classroom anytime!

MS Events for February 28-March 4

FES 4K Roundup and Registration will be held on April 7th & 8th at the United Methodist Church. FES staff will be registering and screening children in the district who will be four by 9/1/22. This is an opportunity to gain valuable information about Fennimore's 4K program, your child's hearing, vision, immunizations, and register your child for school. Parents can make an appointment by calling 608 822 3285, ext. 2100 by Friday, March 18th.

Congratulations goes out to Tess Kenney, who will be our WILS representative and Liberty Wood, who will be the alternate! WILS identifies outstanding high school sophomores throughout WI for being responsible citizens in their community/school and provides them with the opportunity and encouragement to recognize their leadership potential. 2 much ice and wintry weather caused a delay in the 2-22-22 day activities at FES, but no worries our students and staff did not think it was 2 late to celebrate! 2day everywhere you looked there was twins, ties, tutus, tiaras and lots of tie-dye! A great opportunity is coming for our Fennimore School staff, students, families, and community members. Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics is partnering with Grant Regional Health Center, Crossing Rivers Health and Southwest Tech to bring area residents a FREE Couch to 5k wellness program. This 8-week program kicks off on Wednesday, March 23rd and will include bi-weekly wellness education and guided activity along with great resources for the off weeks. Participants may also choose to register only for the 5K Walk/Run on Saturday, May 14! During the four in-person sessions, participants will meet in their community of choice (Boscobel, Fennimore, Lancaster, or Prairie du Chien) on Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. and learn various health and wellness topics, including stretching and hydration, nutrition and mental well-being. Due to the weather, all practices for this afternoon have been cancelled. The freshmen boys basketball game against River Ridge is cancelled. The girls basketball regional game at Boscobel has been rescheduled for tomorrow night at 7:00 pm.

3rd grade students were all in for fraction Bingo last week. Such a fun way to review fractions!

Event Update The STEM workshop at UW-Platteville has been canceled for tomorrow. UWP will explore rescheduling the event!
