The middle school math department started a Problem of the Week (POW) to challenge students. Each week a POW question is posted outside Mr. Meyer's door and students are invited to try and solve the problem. All correct answers are put in a bin and a winner is drawn out. Each winner receives a $5 Subway gift card. First quarter winners were Kaylee Friederick, Jackson Sheckler, Noah Needham, and Allie Gleason! Congrats, mathematicians!

Earlier this week, some 1st-3rd grade students picked up garbage from around the playground area at FES. Students were happy to help and filled a couple of bags! Great job students!
