Fourth grade students got the chance to explore many important parts of Wisconsin’s history last week during their exciting visit to the Platteville Historic Encampment. They learned about the fur trade, discovering how traders exchanged animal furs and goods long ago. The students also visited a Native American long house, gaining insight into the traditional homes and cultures of the Native peoples of the region. Throughout the visit, they saw how people in Wisconsin lived during different seasons of the year, understanding how daily life changed with the weather and the resources available. This hands-on experience helped the students connect with the past and appreciate the diverse history of their state. #EaglesSoar #fes

🎤 FIND YOUR HARNESS 💪
Today, we had the incredible opportunity to hear from motivational speaker Cory Greenwood, who inspired us with his powerful message: "Find Your Harness." Cory and his team encouraged our students to find people in their lives who will support them through the good times and the tough times. 🔥

To make the day even more special, we were joined by singer-songwriter Rebecca Brunner, a contestant on American Idol and The Voice, whose performance left us speechless. 🎶✨

Huge thank you to Cory, Rebecca, and their crew for the visit. Ask your kids, who is your harness?
