There will be a Substitute Teacher Training held in Conference Room A at CESA 3 in Fennimore at 9 AM on August 3. Lunch is included. Instruction will end at 2 PM. Registrants with questions or needing assistance with the license application can stay after the workshop to receive help. The Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC) is asking for your help! Today, June 30th, Wisconsin will receive $1.05 billion dollars from the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program that is part of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. The PSC is calling on all Wisconsin residents, business owners, and property owners to participate in a short statewide survey about internet cost, quality, and availability. Every response will provide the PSC with more information on how to develop a broadband plan and utilize the grant money to best meet the connectivity needs of all Wisconsin residents. Third, fourth and fifth grade students all worked on their keyboarding skills during the school year. They did a great job learning home row and building up their stamina for keyboarding, but just like any new skill, touch typing takes continued practice. Fennimore community schools summer office hours will be slightly different than school-year hours. Monday - Thursday will stay the same: 7:30 to 4:00. Prior to coming to the elementary & middle/high school buildings on Fridays, please call the office to ensure someone is there.
