A great opportunity is coming for our Fennimore School staff, students, families, and community members. Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital and Clinics is partnering with Grant Regional Health Center, Crossing Rivers Health and Southwest Tech to bring area residents a FREE Couch to 5k wellness program.
This 8-week program kicks off on Wednesday, March 23rd and will include bi-weekly wellness education and guided activity along with great resources for the off weeks. Participants may also choose to register only for the 5K Walk/Run on Saturday, May 14!
During the four in-person sessions, participants will meet in their community of choice (Boscobel, Fennimore, Lancaster, or Prairie du Chien) on Wednesdays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. and learn various health and wellness topics, including stretching and hydration, nutrition and mental well-being. This event is open for all physical fitness levels - walkers, joggers, runners and everything in-between!

Tonight our middle school student council members had the opportunity to present to the Fennimore School Board. The 6th graders and 7th graders presented about the learning opportunities during their Wyalusing trips this fall. The 8th graders presented on their trip to Washington DC.
We’d like to thank the school board for the opportunity given to our students to learn through travel and to experience outdoor education.
Our landscaping and plant science students had fun yesterday making flower arrangements for Valentines Day. The pictures show the making of the beautiful flower arrangements. Good work students!
