The STEM shuttle rolled into town earlier this week and our 4th grade students were treated to some engaging and thought provoking activities. They learned about constellations, the dangers of our depleting ozone, robotics, magnetism and engineering. This week's Class of the Week is Mrs. Timmerman's Kindergarten Class. Recently, Mrs. Timmerman's students learned about the color blue. As part of that unit they learned about the police. They were very excited to have Police Chief French come and talk to them about his job at the Fennimore Police Department. Riding the bus in the homecoming parade was also very exciting! They are working hard at learning the letters in the alphabet and the sounds that they make. In math they are practicing counting and writing numbers. Keep up the great work 5K friends!

The Grant County Health Department will be giving the influenza vaccine at Fennimore Community Schools on Wednesday, Oct 19th. This is FREE for all children 18 and under. If you wish your child to receive this vaccine, you must fill out the influenza vaccine permission form located on our website. If you do not have access to a printer, there will be paper copies in each school building for pick-up.
