Starting today the Fennimore Community Schools will be streaming all home games from the Hudl TV platform instead of Youtube. The user experience will be very similar to Youtube, but there is one great new feature. From our Fennimore Hudl page, any away school that also uses Hudl cameras, users will have access to the away game footage just the same as if it were a home game!
Games can be accessed on mobile devices by downloading the Hudl Fan app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The app will be available on some TVs as well. Once you have the app, just search for "Fennimore High School" and add it as a favorite. Creating an account is not required, but it will remember your list of favorite schools.
Once you get to our page you will see a list of sports available, as well as a schedule of all live events coming up for our District.
If you want to go directly to our page, either click this link, or on our the Fennimore School's website Eagle TV link in the top right corner will take you there.

FHS Spanish students recently participated in the annual Locotubre hispanic music competition. This year’s theme was “Battle of the Genres” which included Banda Regional, Merengue, Salsa, and Flamenco. More than 770 schools participated from 49 different states and 13 countries. The winning song was “No Se Va” by Grupo Frontera. Felicidades to the ganadores! Stay tuned for more music madness in March when we do Locura de Marzo!

This week's Class of the Week is Ms. Nalepinski's Tuesday/Thursday 4K Class. It is "Turkey Time" in the 4K classroom. Students have been busy learning the color brown, the letter Bb, and making some pretty fancy turkey hats. They certainly looked like a fun flock of turkeys when the children wore them to lunch. It was nice to know that the cooks were willing to serve them and not try to cook them!! The children have also been learning all about the different types of transportation and the letter Tt. It was fun making trucks, sailboats, and trains. You could say they are really "on the move" in 4K. As always, the children are working very hard and learning new skills every day. Their teachers are so proud of their accomplishments so far! Keep up the great work 4K students! #EaglesSoar #fes

Mrs. Carl and Mr. Needham recently attended a ceremony at Lambeau Field to accept a grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation. The $3,500 grant will be used to purchase some of the cardio equipment for the new fitness center being constructed on the north side of the high school. This year's foundation grants focused on programs or projects that address arts and culture, athletics, and education. Thank you Green Bay Packers Foundation for your support of the students at Fennimore Community Schools! #packersgiveback

It was Teacher Challenge time at the Friday PBIS assembly this morning! Mrs. Reinke, Mrs. Greenlee, Mr. McCallum, and Mr. Z faced off in a stacking cups challenge. Student Teacher Mr. McCallum came out on top as he was the first to stack the cups in a pyramid, place the ball on top, and then unstack them, all while keeping the ball from falling! Great Job Mr. McCallum! #fes #EaglesSoar

At the end of October, students from Fennimore High School traveled to UW-Platteville for a field trip. At the Women in STEM Career Day, students attended four sessions where they learned more about different disciplines of STEM and participated in different activities related to these fields. They started the day learning about the work of event sponsor, Trane Technologies, and then completed puzzles related to the presentation. One group from Fennimore were winners in completing these puzzles first! Highlights from the day included seeing the animals from the campus Animal House, building fruit-powered lights, and completing Chemistry mini labs. It was a great day of STEM fun!

☃️As we head into colder weather, please remember our recess guidelines! When the weather dips into the 30s, winter coats, hats, and mittens are essential—sweatshirts alone won’t keep our kiddos warm.
Additionally, for those looking to play in the snow, don’t forget to send your child with boots and snow pants! Let’s keep everyone cozy and ready for some winter fun! Thank you for your cooperation! #EaglesSoar #fes

This week's Class of the Week is Mr. Z's Fifth Grade Class. Besides mastering their multiplication and division skills, students recently went to UW-Platteville to watch a presentation on how mathematics is intertwined in their everyday life. Additionally, Mr. Z's students have been working hard on writing many different types of personal narratives, including how they got their name. Finally, Social Studies and Science have been exciting by making cards for Veterans Day and taking apart old toys to explore the inside. #fes #EaglesSoar

Parents and Guardians, please mark your calendars for Friday, December 13th and Friday, December 20th.
We will be running half days due to the power needing to be turned off at the MS/HS building for construction.
Elementary bus students will be released at 11:55
MS/HS students will be released at 12:10
All students will have the opportunity to eat lunch prior to leaving school on both Fridays. There will be no access into the MS/HS building after students leave on either day, so students should bring all items needed home.

🌟 It's American Education Week! 🌟This week, let's celebrate the dedication of educators, the curiosity of students, and the power of our schools to shape futures. This week's Class of the Week is Ms. Hunt's 4th Grade Class. They have been very busy in Room 51! They just finished their turkey writing where they had to beg families to find a different turkey to have for Thanksgiving. Recently during math, they learned how to do long division. Long division is one of the most challenging math skills taught in 4th grade and they have been working so hard at it! Lastly, they have been building dioramas to portray a Native American Tribe from Wisconsin. Keep up the great work 4th Graders!

Don't forget about early release tomorrow, Thursday, November 14. #fcs EaglesSoar

Officer French visited the FES library today and helped Mrs. Timmerman's class pick out books. Then he treated the students to a read aloud. Thank you Officer French! #fes #EaglesSoar

Our first graders recently wrapped up their CKLA Knowledge unit on body systems and healthy habits. For their culminating activity, Gundersen Boscobel Area Hospital generously donated surgical gear, allowing the students to dress up as "surgeons" while they assembled skeletons, played Operation, and had a great time! #fes #EaglesSoar

The PBIS Eagle Wing Tower was full and so all FES students got a chance to do some art in the hallway today. #EaglesSoar #fes

This week's Class of the Week is Mrs. Bunn's First Grade Class. Things have been very busy in room 18! They are learning about addition and subtraction and have been reading about a woman named Gran who took some pretty cool trips. Their classroom will be transformed into an operating room to wrap up their study of the human body systems this week. #EaglesSoar #fes
